The answer is not always a framework, but more to do with #organizationalculture and #executiveleadership.

However #scaledagileframework provides a platform of understanding to support our above objective. SAFe #safe55 ) aims to achieve business agility using #lean , Agile, and #devops with a knowledge base of integrated principles, practices and competencies. SAFe has success stories from FedEx, American Express, PepsiCo to name a few. 



Safe is prescriptive in nature, which has its pros and cons.

I would be pleased to list all the E codes mentioned in the forwarded email with it's explanation and halal/HARAM status: E 100 = Turmeric. Also known as Curcumin. Manjhal in malayalam. Turmeric, a representative of plant genus Curcuma, is a member of the ginger family, Zingiberaceae hence  halal . E110 = Sunset Yellow FCF. This is a complete synthetic chemical formula sourced from coal tar and azo yellow dye. There is no relation proved to animal sources hence  halal . E 120 = Cochineal This is red colour taken from crushed insects.  HARAM . E 140 = Chlorophylls and Chlorophyllins This colour dye is taken from Spinach, nettles and grass. 100% plants and vegetable source hence  halal . E 141 = Chlorophylls and Chlorophyllins; Derivative. This colour dye is a derived from the above ingredient hence  halal .

The Chicken Story- Shawai, Tanduri, BBQ or What?

Thursday afternoon is for friends and family to gather and spend some quality time together; cousins in Dubai get together every Thursday with accessories like coal, grill marinated chicken and kubboos. It is like a celebration with jokes, pokes, fun and barbeque, but first is to find a right place in the desert to settle down. First step is to get fire up coal, that requires skill and patience, next is to place the marinated chicken on the grill. There is no cooking oil used (zero cholesterol) and the chicken cooks in its own oil, each pieces are moved/turned so that the cooking is regular. Alas! The pleasure of sumptuous food. (made at home) Once the chicken is ready everything else is forgotten it’s just chicken and us, The name of the dish was of course a debate, Shawai, Tandoori or BBQ finally we decided to call it ‘chutta kozhi’.
